We accept the following file format: .TIF, .JPG, .PNG &
.PDF.
Prices include processing one set of uploaded files and
creating a single digital proof.
After we
receive your uploaded file(s), we will review and if we find
any problems, we will contact you, otherwise you will
receive a PROOF of your job to review within 24 hours (1
business day).
RESOLUTION:
All file formats must have a minimum of 300 dpi (dot per
inch) resolution.
Images designed for the web done are at a low screen
resolution of 72 dpi. Print images need to be created at 300
dpi or there will be a substantial drop in the image
quality.
COLOR MODE:
All color artwork and/or images must be provided in CMYK
(cyan, magenta, yellow, black) color mode.
All black & white artworks and/or images must be provided in
grayscale color mode.
BLEED:
Please build your press-ready digital files by adding 0.125"
dimensions to each edge when bleed is required.
ENVELOPES AND LETTERHEADS PAPER EFFECT IN
COLOR.
Please note that because our letterhead and envelope paper
stock is "uncoated", we recommend you NOT use colors with
high color density. By this we mean dark colors (black,
purple, blue, brown, etc). Dark colors tend to get soaked
into the paper if their color values are too high. For best
results, use light colors.
